What is included and what can you book separately?
Every hire bike is mechanically prepared for your rental period and supplied with practical basic equipment. Accessories, insurance and nutrition are not included in the rental price unless expressly stated otherwise and must be selected separately.

Bring your own equipment
You may bring your own pedals, bike computer, sensors or saddle. Tell us when making the reservation so that we can coordinate the preparation and installation.

Our road bikes are not automatically supplied with rental pedals. Select your preferred pedal system when booking or bring your own pedals. Availability is limited, so we recommend reserving early.
Shimano SPD-SL
Road bike pedals for compatible Shimano SPD-SL cleats.
Standard pedals
Simple platform pedals for riding in normal sports shoes.

Delivery and protection
Delivery service and optional hire-bike insurance
Delivery to your accommodation and hire-bike insurance are separate optional services. Delivery charges depend on the driving distance from Port d’Alcúdia; the current rental terms apply to the insurance.
Road bike delivery in Mallorca
Delivery and collection are free within a driving distance of 45 km from Port d’Alcúdia. For more distant accommodation, Delivery Zone 1 costs €20 or Delivery Zone 2 costs €40, depending on the region.
The delivery fee includes delivery and collection and is charged only once per reservation, regardless of the number of hire bikes booked together.
Hire-bike insurance
Hire-bike insurance is not automatically included in the rental price and can be purchased separately before the rental begins. Under the currently published rental terms, it costs €15 and includes an excess of €150 for covered material damage.
Theft, loss, personal injury, third-party damage and damage caused by improper or grossly negligent use are not covered. Only the complete rental terms are binding.
More equipment available to book
Helmetst, bike computer, power meter and other accessories
Equip your hire bike according to your planned rides and training goals. All additional items are available in limited quantities and should therefore be booked together with the bike reservation.
Cycling helmet
Rental helmets can be booked separately, subject to size and availability. We need accurate details to provide a suitable option.
Bike computers
A bike computer can be reserved separately depending on the model and availability. You may also bring your own device and mounts.
Power2max power meter
For power-based training, a Power2max power-meter crankset can be added subject to availability. A compatible ANT+-enabled bike computer must be available or booked separately.
Action camera
An action camera allows you to record your rides in Mallorca. Please bring a compatible MicroSD card.
Rotor Q-Rings
Oval Q-Rings chainrings can be booked depending on the hire bike and technical compatibility. They cannot be combined with the offered Power2max power-meter crankset.
Check compatibility in advance
Not every accessory can be fitted to every hire bike. Tell us the preferred bike model and required equipment when making the reservation. We will check technical compatibility and availability.
Nutrition for your rides
Nutrition packages for your cycling holiday in Mallorca
With a nutrition package booked in advance, bottles, energy products and drink powder are ready when the hire bike is handed over. This saves you from buying the basic supplies for your first rides separately.
Small nutrition package
Suitable for a short cycling holiday or as a compact basic supply.

Questions about accessories and services
When should I book accessories?
It is best to reserve all extras together with the hire bike. This allows us to check availability and compatibility before delivery.
Are pedals included in the rental price?
Rental pedals are not automatically part of the basic equipment. Select an available pedal system or bring your own pedals.
Can my own accessories be fitted?
Your own pedals and compatible personal accessories can be considered by prior arrangement. Unauthorised modifications to the hire bike are not permitted.
Is insurance included in the rental price?
No. Hire-bike insurance is a separately bookable extra and must be purchased before the rental begins.
Are extras always available?
No. Sizes, models and quantities are limited. Reserving in advance increases the likelihood that the required equipment will be available.
Where do I receive the booked accessories?
The reserved accessories are handed over together with the prepared hire bike at your agreed accommodation.
