Road cycling in Alcudia 2026

Alcudia lies in northern Mallorca between the Bay of Alcudia, Port Alcudia and the Victoria Peninsula. From here you can plan easy coastal rides, steady endurance routes through the island’s interior and demanding days towards Formentor, Lluc or Sa Calobra. This variety makes Alcudia a practical base for different fitness levels and training goals.

Direct access to Formentor

Ride through Port Alcudia and Port de Pollenca to reach the road towards the Formentor Peninsula. After a mostly flat start, the route continues with repeated climbs, descents and some of northern Mallorca’s best-known viewpoints.

Quick route into the Tramuntana

From Alcudia, the road through Pollenca leads towards Coll de Femenia and Lluc. Stronger riders can continue from there into the Serra de Tramuntana for longer mountain routes.

Flat miles through the countryside

Sa Pobla, Campanet, Buger and Muro provide access to quieter roads with flat to gently rolling terrain. These routes work well for endurance rides, recovery days and steady group training.

Varied shorter rides

The Victoria Peninsula, Alcudia Old Town and the coastal roads around Port Alcudia offer worthwhile shorter loops when you do not want to spend the entire day on the bike.
