How does online booking work?
Select the rental start date, return date and suitable frame size. The system then shows the road bikes available for that period. You can subsequently add accessories and your accommodation details.
How early should I book my road bike?
Popular travel periods and frequently requested frame sizes may sell out early. Booking in advance is recommended, particularly when you need a specific type of bike or several bikes.
Can I book several rental bikes together?
Yes. Several bikes can be reserved for a group. Height, preferred frame size and other personal details should be provided separately for each rider.
Where can I see current prices and availability?
The current prices, models and optional extras are shown in the rental bike overview and booking system. These are the relevant sources because fleet, season and availability may change.

Which road bike is suitable for my rides?
An endurance road bike is often suitable for long stages and several days of riding. More performance-oriented bikes suit fast training rides and demanding climbs. The bike overview explains the intended use of the available models.
Which frame size should I book?
Use the size information shown for the individual rental bike and enter your height accurately. Additional measurements can help when you are between sizes or uncertain.
Can the bike be prepared using my bike-fitting measurements?
You can provide measurements such as saddle height, reach or other personal setup values during booking. We will try to prepare the bike accordingly, although not every component can be changed at short notice.
Can a specific model or exact specification be guaranteed?
You reserve the bike displayed as available in the booking system. Equipment details can vary between model years, frame sizes or individual bikes. The information shown for the selected rental bike applies.

What to bring and what can be reserved
Do I need to bring my own pedals?
Common pedal systems may be available as optional equipment. Bringing your own pedals is still useful when you use a specific system or prefer your familiar setup.
Can I use my own saddle or accessories?
Personal parts such as a saddle or pedals can generally be brought with you. Please tell us in advance. Installation depends on technical compatibility with the booked bike.
What basic equipment is provided with the rental bike?
The bikes are prepared with practical basic equipment for typical rides. The exact contents may change and are described on the current rental bike or delivery service page.
Can I reserve a helmet, GPS computer or other extras?
Additional equipment may be offered in the booking system depending on stock. Reserve important extras together with the bike because later availability cannot be guaranteed.

Bike delivery to your accommodation
Where can the rental bike be delivered?
Reserved bikes can be delivered to hotels, fincas and holiday accommodation in many areas of Mallorca. The delivery page and booking process show whether and under which conditions your exact location can be served.
Which information is required for delivery?
We need the name and complete address of your accommodation and a telephone number on which you can be reached in Mallorca. Accurate information helps us plan the handover reliably.
Can I select an exact delivery or collection time?
Handover and collection are coordinated within the available delivery schedule. You may state preferred times, but the final agreed time can differ from the requested time.
Can I return the bike at a different location?
Different handover or return locations must be agreed in advance. Changes during the rental are only possible after they have been confirmed.

Ride safely and return the bike easily
What should I do in the event of a puncture or mechanical problem?
Stop riding when the bike is no longer safe to use and contact us with a short description and your location. Do not carry out major repairs or modifications without prior agreement.
May I leave the rental bike unattended?
A high-quality road bike should not be left unattended in public areas whenever possible. Use suitable security and keep the bike overnight in a protected location agreed with your accommodation.
What should I remember when returning the bike?
The bike should be ready at the agreed location with all supplied equipment. Remove your personal parts beforehand and return all rented accessories with the bike.
What happens if my travel plans change?
Tell us about changes or cancellations as early as possible. The applicable conditions depend on your confirmed booking and the current rental terms.
