How road bike delivery in Mallorca works
Choose your hire bike, suitable frame size and rental period online. Add accessories and the appropriate delivery zone when required. For the handover, we need the full address of your accommodation and a telephone number where you can be reached.
1. Reserve your hire bike
Choose the rental start and end dates, frame size and an available road bike. The more precise your details are, the better we can prepare the bike.
2. Choose accessories and delivery zone
Add pedals, a bike computer, helmet, power meter or nutrition package when required. For a driving distance of more than 45 km from Port d’Alcúdia, also select the appropriate delivery fee.
3. Delivery and collection
We deliver the prepared road bike to your accommodation at the agreed time. At the end of the rental period, we collect it from the same location.
Delivery zones and prices
Which delivery fee applies to your holiday accommodation?
The actual driving distance by road from Port d’Alcúdia to your accommodation determines the applicable zone. The delivery fee always includes both delivery and subsequent collection of the hired bikes.
Up to 45 km: free
When your accommodation is no more than 45 km driving distance from Port d’Alcúdia, there is no additional charge for delivery and collection.
Delivery fee: €0
Delivery Zone 1: €20
When your accommodation is more than 45 km driving distance from Port d’Alcúdia and the location is not part of Delivery Zone 2, select Delivery Zone 1 when booking.
One-time delivery fee: €20
Delivery Zone 2: €40
Select Delivery Zone 2 for the following areas:

The fee applies per reservation, not per bike
The delivery fee is charged only once per reservation. It includes delivery and collection of all hire bikes booked together, regardless of whether you reserve one bike or several bikes.

Every hire bike is prepared for the agreed rental period and supplied with practical basic equipment. Additional equipment can be reserved separately, subject to availability.

To plan your delivery reliably, enter the full details of your accommodation when making the reservation. We will coordinate the exact handover and collection arrangements with you before the rental begins.

Please provide the name of the hotel, finca or holiday accommodation, together with the street, building number, postcode and town.
Reachable telephone number
For short-notice questions about access or the handover, we need a telephone number on which you can be reached in Mallorca.
Agreed delivery time
The handover takes place at the agreed time at the specified accommodation. Please make sure that you or an agreed contact person can be reached.

For accommodation in Inca and other locations in central Mallorca, the delivery zone is based on the actual driving distance from Port d’Alcúdia.

You can also reserve your hire bike online for Palma and nearby holiday areas and select the appropriate delivery fee.

Questions about road bike delivery in Mallorca
How is the distance calculated?
The actual driving distance by road from Port d’Alcúdia to the specified accommodation is used. The exact address is therefore more important for assigning the zone than the town name alone.
When do I need to select Delivery Zone 1?
When the accommodation is more than 45 km driving distance away and the delivery location is not one of the expressly listed Zone 2 locations, select Delivery Zone 1 for €20.
Is the delivery fee charged per bike?
No. The fee is charged only once per reservation and includes delivery and collection of all hire bikes booked together.
Can I collect the hire bike myself?
No. The hire bikes are delivered to the accommodation agreed in advance and collected there again after the rental period.
Can I bring my own pedals or accessories?
Yes. You may bring your own pedals and other personal accessories. Tell us when making the reservation whenever possible so that we can coordinate the preparation.
When should I reserve extras?
Pedals, bike computers, helmets, power meters and nutrition packages should be booked together with the hire bike. Later availability cannot be guaranteed.
